Realizations of a Painter and his Works
This is a daily blog about my struggles, triumphs and goals as I reach to make my mark in the art world.
"Currency" Painting Update

Worked until 2 AM this morning. I was able to start the drawing process of some of the lettering of the dollar bill and the ornate designs around. I am feeling confidant that the figure works beautifully within the graceful and hard edged designs of the currency.

This morning I was working on the natural forms of the model and its  sharp contrast to the hard edges of the letters and the numbers. I feel this adds a good balance of  within the piece.

I just found you, thank you for the tips, I am a kindred spirit, love the u-tube about holding the drawings in you hands. My life was changed during a visit to MOMA during the Tulouse-Letrec show, and later seeing the works up close of the National Portrait Gallery. I am a slave to art I am now learning celtic knotwork and calligraphy and hope to use them together with my main love the beautiful woman faces, and feelings...oh yeah, Alberto Vargas-my favorite artist at the tender age of 7.
